Terms and Conditions

Minimum of 72 hours notice required for all orders. Subject to availability. Caterer reserves the right to make comparable substitutions due to market fluctuations.

All orders are subject to a 72 hours notice of cancellation or entire charges will prevail.

A standard fee of $55.00 will be charged, per delivery, to include set up/delivery/removal of food items, linens for food
and beverage tables, appropriate decorations and trash receptacles.

Client to supply a minimum of two service tables one hour prior to food service or as agreed.
Failure to provide required tables in a timely fashion may result in a delay of food service.

Unless otherwise specified, breakdown of food service will occur within one hour following the meal.

All corporate clients are at Net 15 unless arranged otherwise.

Social clients are 50% Deposit/Balance due 72 hours prior.

Beverages will consist of deluxe coffee/decafe/tea service, individual bottles of orange juice/cranberry juice/water (based upon one bottle per person), unless otherwise specified.

Each Breakfast Selection includes upscale disposables, comprised of coffee mug, 12 oz. beverage tumbler, 9" plates, paper goods, pre-packaged flatware and condiment package.

A standard fee of $55.00 will be charged, to include set up/delivery/removal of food items, linens for food
and beverage tables, appropriate decorations and trash receptacles.
