Services

An Affaire Extraordinaire owes its success to its commitment to providing you with the best quality food, careful consideration of your budget, creative planning
and consistent, clear communication.
Here is some general information to refer to during the planning of your event.
Catering Staff

Servers, Attendants and Bartenders:
labor begins at $30.00 Per hour (4 hour minimum)

Carver..................................................$200.00

Chef.....................................................$300.00

BBQ grill Cook....................................$200.00

Delivery Fee

There is a $30.00 local delivery fee. Additional fees may apply based upon the delivery zip code.
For memorial services, delivery is always free.

Booking deposit

A non-refundable 50% booking deposit is required to retain our services and secure your event.

Guest Count

Minimum guaranteed count is due ten days prior to event date.
Final count may be increased but not reduced up to forty-eight hours prior to the event.
Cancellations within forty-eight hours of an event are subject to the full cost of the event.

Equipment Operations Fee and Sales Tax

There is an 18% service operations fee  based on food and labor costs.
This fee is not a gratuity; gratuities are purely optional and at the discretion of the host.

Current Sales Tax is 9.75% and is based on goods and services within the contract.


Service Charge

Unlike other caterers, we provide front-to-back amazement, from the first touch until the last touch. 
Our staff is well compensated at pay rates higher than our competitors to ensure outstanding customer service. 
The service charge is part of the "house" and the revenue it generates is used to offset employee bonuses,
state of the art equipment, fuel surcharges, ample insurance coverage and a myriad of non-catering elements of a party, wedding or event.

Upscale Disposable Place Settings

$2.00 per person includes:
Knife, Fork, Spoon, Napkin and a 9 inch Plastic
Plate, Salad Plate and Tumbler.

$1.50 per person includes:
Knife, Fork, Spoon, Napkin and a 9 inch Clear
Plastic Heavy-Duty Plate.

$1.00 per person includes:
(Bar Service) Plastic Tumbler, Wine Glass and
Cocktail Napkins.

Coffee and Tea Service
$2.00 per person includes:
Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Hot
Water with assorted Teas, Cream, Sugar, Stirrers
and Plastic Coffee Mugs.

Assorted Soda and Waters
$1.50 per person includes includes Tumbler and Ice.

$150 per person for Mineral Waters.

In addition to preparing your food, An Affaire Extraordinaire would be delighted to arrange rentals, service personnel, bar service, floral arrangements, decorations and entertainment.
